Laurel Wharf has been sympathetically restored to retain original features, renovated and equipped to a high standard. This self contained upper floor residence of the main building is comfortably furnished, allowing you the chance to unwind in the peaceful surroundings, lounge with views over unspoiled open countryside, here you will be made to feel very much at home.

Spacious open planned (20ftx30ft), with loading doors opening on to a juliet balcony above the (abandoned) canal, looking towards the East. The apartment contains television, dvd player, radio and cd player and wireless broadband connection.

Another pair of loading doors (stable type, top part opening only), looking down onto your own patio area, with seating and barbecue, allowing you to eat your meals "al fresco" along side the canal.
